Cullen Keiser and in particular Daniel Cullen provided architectural services for Tauranga City Council early in 2023. The project was to refurbish an existing shop to become the ‘Mount Hub’ – an information centre illustrating the Council’s current and future projects occurring in the neighbourhood. Cullen Keiser were excellent, being immediately available, meeting extremely short timeframes and producing quality work to scope. Daniel provided realistic practical solutions within the constraints of a tight budget. I have recommended him to colleagues for further work and would not hesitate to use him again.

We use Daniel and his team on our new laundromats and have found their overall service and delivery to be of a very high standard. This home has been successfully designed to suit the steep contour of the land and carefully placed so that it does not disturb the fauna located around the site. The house has been well positioned for maximum solar gain but also to tap into the incredible views of the surrounding native New Zealand bush and Waikato farmlands. The master bedroom and living areas have been cleverly cantilevered out over the gully, almost like you are floating amongst the gully vegetation. Masonry veneer cladding creates harmony between the use of raw sustainable materials, connecting the build to its natural surrounds. Upon entering the home, you are greeted with the beautiful harmony of plywood and masonry block.

Deliver on time within accurate budget. Seamless communication & prompt response. Willing and great collaboration with all consultants. Great personality and easy to get alone with. High professional standard work within time.

Good reputation and past experiences, your good communication skills and collaboration with all the team members.
